Rovoron R7: test and workshop review
Dual motor 1 800 W, 60V 28Ah, ~90 km of range for 990 €: our workshop's verdict on the Rovoron R7, and who it's for.

Tested and prepared in the Obernai workshop — here is our verdict on the Rovoron R7, one of the most requested scooters in the shop right now.
The spec sheet in brief
- Dual motor, 1 800 W — punchy pick-up and torque on climbs
- 60V 28Ah battery — up to 90 km of range in mixed use
- 70 km/h in private use — limited to 25 km/h on public roads, as the law requires
- 990 € — a power-to-price ratio that’s rare in this category
Who is it for?
The R7 is for riders who want to move up from a “city” scooter to a real machine: a stable build, serious braking, and enough range for a full week of commuting without charging every day. At under 1 000 €, it plays in the same league as much more expensive models.
Against the competition
Below it, the Teverun Fighter Mini Q (899 €) is more compact and playful, but has less stamina (52V 13Ah). Above it, the R7 Pro (60V 42Ah) takes range even further. The “standard” R7 is the balance point of the three — it’s often the one we recommend at the counter.
What the workshop checks before handover
Like all our machines, every R7 leaves unboxed, checked and configured : tightening torques, tire pressure, brakes, legal 25 km/h limit. And after-sales service happens here, in Obernai — not through an e-mail ticket.
