When do you want to ride?

You choose your dates and your bike right here, then pay online. On pick-up day, your bike is waiting for you, adjusted to your size, with a helmet and a lock.

The bike adjusted to your size, a helmet, a lock, and a bike serviced by our workshop before every rental. Damage and theft insurance is optional: 5 €/day for most bikes, 3 €/day for a kids’ bike.

500 € for most bikes (200 € for a kids’ bike, 400 € for the Kellys Physio 50, 1 000 € for the carbon Superior RR 9.8), stated here rather than discovered at checkout. It is a simple card pre-authorisation: placed on your card just before payment when your pick-up is close; for a pick-up further ahead, we email it to you a few days before (a pre-authorisation is only valid for 7 days); for a rental of more than 6 days, it is placed at pick-up, in the shop. Nothing is charged: it is released when the bike comes back in its original condition, clean, with all its accessories. With damage and theft insurance, there is no deposit.

Late returns are charged 25 € per started 4-hour period. Let us know by phone or WhatsApp: as long as the bike isn’t booked after you, we’ll work something out.

Yes, free of charge and without giving a reason, up to 48 h before departure. You get a full refund.

Yes, by reservation: rental pick-ups and returns are possible on Sundays, from 9:30am to 6:30pm, even though the shop is closed. That’s what lets you set off along the Route des Vins or up to Mont Sainte-Odile on a Sunday morning. On Mondays, however, there are no pick-ups or returns.

Yes, that’s the whole idea: the price of the rental day is deducted from your purchase. A twenty-minute test ride outside the shop doesn’t tell you what a day in the vineyards does.
