Can I try a bike before buying?
Vélo ShopYes. The road test ride is free. Book an appointment to make sure the model is available — walk-in test rides are possible depending on stock.
How does delivery work in France?
Vélo ShopFree from 150 € for parts and accessories, and from 2 000 € for bikes and scooters. Parts ship within 3 to 5 business days, bikes and scooters within 5 to 15 business days. Bikes leave assembled and adjusted by our workshop; scooters in their original box.
What about the warranty?
Vélo Shop2 years parts & labour, battery 2 years / 500 cycles, handled by our own workshop in Obernai. After-sales service is us, directly.
Can I pay in instalments?
Vélo ShopYes. 3× and 4× from 100 € to 3 000 €, 24× from 1 000 € to 4 500 € — the monthly amount is shown under each price, and the application takes a few minutes online.Credit granted by Cofidis, subject to approval. Do you repair bikes bought elsewhere?
Vélo ShopYes, all brands : motor diagnostics (Bosch, Shimano, Panasonic, Brose), brakes, drivetrain, updates.
E-bike or speed pedelec, what is the difference?
Vélo ShopAn e-bike is limited to 25 km/h; a speed pedelec goes up to 45 km/h (registration, helmet, insurance) — half the travel time.
Do your scooters comply with the 2026 law?
Vélo ShopAll but one. Our scooters leave limited to 25 km/h; the only exception is the Segway GT3 Pro, which is not delivered limited to 25 km/h. The 2026 obligations are detailed in our scooter law guide (in French).
