How long does a repair take?
On average 48 to 72 h for a routine repair. Allow 7 to 10 working days if a motor or battery part has to be ordered.
How much is a service?
€35 for a standard bike, €50 for an electric bike (motor and battery check included). Brake bleed €35, puncture from €25 — all the rates here.
How much are diagnostics?
Free for electric bikes. €50 for scooters, deducted from the quote if you go ahead with the repair with us.
What guarantee do repairs carry?
Workshop guarantee: 6 months on labour. Parts keep their manufacturer’s warranty, usually 2 years.
Do you replace bike batteries?
Yes, with original manufacturer batteries or certified compatible ones, after a free battery diagnostic.
Do I need an appointment?
Small repairs: no appointment needed. Full diagnostics: better to book a slot through the form or by phone.
Can I collect my bike on a Saturday?
Yes, the shop is open on Saturdays (9:30–12:00 / 13:00–18:30).
