What’s the best way to reach you?

For an answer right away: call us on +33 3 88 04 85 61 during opening hours. For a technical question with photos (a fault, an error code, a parts quote), WhatsApp is ideal. To keep a record, or for a longer request, use the form or e-mail.

How quickly do you reply?

Phone and WhatsApp: straight away, during opening hours. E-mail and form: within 24 working hours, Tuesday to Saturday. On Sundays and Mondays the shop is closed and we pick up requests again on Tuesday morning.

Do I need an appointment to visit the shop?

No, you’re welcome without an appointment during opening hours. For a road test of a specific model, call us first: we’ll check it’s available that day. To drop a bike at the workshop, just come in — we take the bike and call you back within 24 hours with the diagnosis.

Do you speak English or German?

Yes. We welcome you in French, English and German.

Where can I park?

There is a free car park 50 metres from the shop. If you’re bringing a broken-down bike, you can stop right outside the entrance while you unload it.

How do I get there by public transport?

Obernai’s SNCF station is a 5-minute walk from the shop. Direct trains from Strasbourg (30 min), Sélestat (15 min) and Molsheim (10 min), on the TER 200 line Strasbourg – Sélestat – Mulhouse.
