Vélo ShopYes. The road test ride is free. Book an appointment to make sure the model is available — walk-in test rides are possible depending on stock.
How does delivery work in France?
Vélo ShopFree from 150 € for parts and accessories, and from 2 000 € for bikes and scooters. Parts ship within 3 to 5 business days, bikes and scooters within 5 to 15 business days. Bikes leave assembled and adjusted by our workshop; scooters in their original box.
What about the warranty?
Vélo Shop2 years parts & labour, battery 2 years / 500 cycles, handled by our own workshop in Obernai. After-sales service is us, directly.
