Description
• Designed, tested, and manufactured in Barnoldswick, England.
• High-strength carbon fiber construction.
• Smooth internal surface to eliminate resin-rich areas, thereby minimizing weight.
• Variable thickness to optimize areas subject to high stress.
• Composed of 24 sheets of pre-impregnated carbon with reinforced Epoxy resin.
• The majority of the laminate includes T700 unidirectional fiber, which offers the best weight-to-tensile strength ratio. This fiber is combined with strategically positioned 3K carbon sheets resistant to clamping forces, and 1K 2X2 carbon for the top layer.
• High-precision rail clamping system made from Aerospace-grade aluminum.
