01In detail
The part in detail.
• Designed, tested, and manufactured in Barnoldswick, England.
• High-strength carbon fiber construction.
• Smooth internal surface to eliminate resin-rich areas, thus minimizing weight.
• Variable thickness to optimize areas subject to high stress.
• Composed of 24 sheets of pre-impregnated carbon with reinforced Epoxy resin.
• The majority of the laminate consists of T700 unidirectional fiber, which offers the best mass/tensile strength ratio. This fiber is combined with strategically positioned 3K carbon sheets resistant to clamping forces, and 1K 2X2 carbon for the top layer.
• Highly precise aeronautical-grade aluminum rail clamping system.
• Seatpost setback: 15mm
• Weight for 31.6 X 400mm: 220g
