Description
• Designed, tested, and manufactured in Barnoldswick, England.
• High-strength carbon fibre construction.
• Smooth internal surface to eliminate resin-rich areas, thus minimising weight.
• Variable thickness to optimise areas subject to high stress.
• Composed of 24 pre-impregnated carbon sheets with reinforced epoxy resin.
• The majority of the laminate includes T700 unidirectional fibre, which offers the best mass/tensile strength ratio. This fibre is combined with strategically placed 3K carbon sheets to resist clamping forces, and 1K 2x2 carbon for the top layer.
• Highly precise aeronautical-grade aluminium rail clamping system.
