Does it arrive assembled or boxed?
Assembled. Every bike is unboxed, checked, assembled and adjusted by our Obernai workshop before handover — it leavesready to ride, whether delivered or picked up.
What warranty, and who handles it?
2 years parts & labour, handled by our in-house Obernai workshop. No overseas platform: you call, we take care of it.
Je peux payer en plusieurs fois ?
Oui : en ligne, payez en 4× ou 10× sans frais avec FLOA (4× jusqu'à 6 000 €, 10× de 200 à 3 000 €), directement au paiement. Pour un financement 24× sans frais, c'est en magasin (Cofidis). CB, PayPal et Apple Pay acceptés.
