What's the best way to reach you?

How quickly do you respond?
Phone and WhatsApp: immediate during opening hours. Email and form: within 24 business hours (Tue - Sat). On Sundays and Mondays, we are closed and will resume inquiries on Tuesday morning.
Do I need to make an appointment to come to the store?
No, we welcome walk-ins during opening hours. For a test ride of a specific model, please call us beforehand to ensure it's available. For a workshop drop-off, you can come directly; we'll take your bike and call you within 24 hours with the diagnosis.
Do you speak English or German?
Yes, we are happy to welcome you in French, English and German (ideal for our Swiss and German neighbours and tourists on the Wine Route).
Do you have parking?
Yes, free parking 50 meters from the store. If you come with your broken-down bike, you can park right in front of the entrance to easily unload it.
How do I get there by public transport?
Obernai SNCF station is a 5-minute walk from the store. Direct train from Strasbourg (30 min), Sélestat (15 min), Molsheim (10 min). TER 200 line (Strasbourg-Sélestat-Mulhouse).
