Do you repair bikes bought elsewhere?
Yes, all brands and whatever the original seller: shop, online platform, second-hand or import.
What's the turnaround time?
En moyenne 48 à 72hfor a routine repair. Allow 3 to 7 days if a motor or battery part has to be ordered.
How much does a service cost?
35 €for a standard bike,50 €for an electric bike (motor/battery check included). Brake bleed €35, puncture from €25 —all packages here.
How much does a diagnosis cost?
Freefor electric bikes.50 €for scooters, deducted from the quote if you have the repair done with us.
What warranty on repairs?
Workshop guarantee6 moison labour. Parts keep their manufacturer warranty, usually 2 years.
Do you replace my bike's battery?
Yes, with original manufacturer or certified compatible batteries, after a free battery diagnosis.
Do I need an appointment?
Small repairs: no appointment. Full diagnosis: better to book a slot via theformulaireor by phone.
Can I pick up my bike on Saturday?
Yes, the shop is open on Saturday from 9:30–12:00 and 13:00–18:30.
